I always enjoy my stay.
Everything except clean and comfortable well kept

There was no breakfast, they could have tea and coffee out.
Plenty of parking. Easy check in. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was cold and the room was temperature controlled to what we wanted.
The jacuzzi tub in the room ! And double shower head
I think this is a newly reopened hotel and they are in the process of gearing up to full operation. No food service except for some boxed or canned items at the front desk. No pool or bar functioning but that may be coming soon. The rooms and hallways look newly redone, the beds were comfortable, etc. Price was very reasonable so the lack of amenities was acceptable to us.
Morning front desk staff were very nice and made us a fresh cup of coffee.
Location Bed was comfortable
A tacky dirty place full of people that appear to be living there. They hand around in front of the hotel playing loud ugly music smoking pot. Very unsafe feeling. We departed immediately and went to another hotel.

Cleanliness
The location was key!!! We had a coffee shop and diner within 5 miles
I didn’t stay long enough to experience breakfast. The location was okay.
I loved the cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the staff and the fact that it had two places for people to sit plus an ottoman. It was just a simple but nice room.
The room was clean
The hotel was chosen as a last second need during a snowstorm. We ended up staying 2 nights due to being snowed in and roads nor parking lot not plowed. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean. However, there was no breakfast included, they had no milk for the cereal cups we bought. The microwave, once we figured out it wasn’t plugged in worked so finding a nearby delivery place was great and we ordered both lunch and dinner.
Location was convenient for where we needed to be. Jacuzzi room was very nice.
